William Fraser (MIDI accordion and caller)
William, from Canisbay by John O’ Groats, is accordionist and dance caller in the band. He had lessons for a time from world-renowned Scottish accordionist Gordon Pattullo of Coupar Angus. His accordion playing has featured on the recent BBC 2 Documentary ‘Monty Halls’ Great Escape’ His calling ensures the audience know the steps to each dance.
David Purves (Fiddle)
Dave, from Edinburgh, is fiddler in the band. He gained a Music Scholarship in High School and is a more than able deputy on drums should the need arise.
Daniel Sheldrick (Drums)
Danny, from Tayinloan Argyll, is the bands drummer. He is a multi-talented musician, and sung in the top University Acapella Group in Scotland. |
